""We initially contacted Cactus because we had a problem with our alarm system (it was a malfunctioning battery) but once we'd met them and seen how good their overall approach and customer service was decided to have the system upgraded. We've continued to be extremely impressed with all aspects of the service. Replacement of the system was exactly as they promised it would be and all Cactus people we've interacted with have taken great care with our property, ensuring no mess during working, also using overshoes inside the house. We'll carry on using them for our security in the future and highly recommend them to others."
